Rough & Final Cleaning Subcontractors

We provide full-service (3-Phase) post-construction cleaning services, with First-Aid and Cal-OSHA certified personnel on-site at all times. Our crews range from 4-10 employees depending on work speed required. Quality of work is checked regularly and all workers are trained to complete their roles efficiently, ensuring work schedules are met in a timely manner.

Sanitization Services

We upgraded our disinfecting and sanitization protocol to also cater for the current coronavirus cleaning requirements - providing effective and affordable 24-hour service to incorporate our work around the timings of all surrounding small businesses, hotels, medical/ professional offices, schools etc. to ensure everyone can get back on schedule during and after this pandemic.

Complete Janitorial Services

Our workers are trusted and competent, providing initial cleaning and recurring cleaning services for all types of facilities (offices, banks etc.) - whether that be scheduled or on an on-call basis. Our longest running contractual janitorial services agreement lasted over 12 years. We also have experience providing janitorial services for state and federal buildings.

Window Cleaning

Our window cleaning services also apply to high-rise windows. Our professional window cleaners are qualified, experienced and equipped to complete all manners of work - with all lifts being insured and protected for the duration left on-site (at work location).

Complete Floor Treatment

We specialise in stripping, sealing, waxing, and buffing all manners of VCT (vinyl) and lynoleum floor surfaces - we inspect some forms of flooring before starting work to ensure the best quality of work. We also clean and seal concrete areas.

Industrial Sweeping & Power Wash

We regularly provide sweeping and power washing services for multi-storey garages as well as exterior walls of buildings and sidewalks. All manner of work can be provided through written contracts or purchase orders (PO).

We are currently providing COVID-Cleaning services for all cities within our state range (CA and NV). This package has been designed as an affordable bundle offer which includes:

24-Hr COVID-Cleaning bookings

Custom-size Plexiglas installation (approximately $200 per piece)

COVID-safety decal (charged per piece)

To ensure as many businesses can get back to work whilst maintaining the pandemic/ legal guidelines, we are offering this service on contracted installment payments - paying 50% upfront, with the rest being paid over a 3 month period.

SBM, LLC started as a small home-based family-owned business in 2006, and has built itself to become a powerhouse of workers, with key employees each having approximately 33 years of experience in the professional cleaning field.

We are found on a number of bidding platforms and can be contacted for meetings, walk-throughs and estimations prior employment (by call, email or in-person, depending on the type of information you are hoping to gather).

SBM, LLC is based in Fairfield, California but provides cleaning services across the states of California and Nevada. We qualify to bid for a variety of work - whether that be union/non-union work, on all types of wage rates - including prevailing wages.
